Tag Archives: Cork AUL Notice

To ensure all league tables are updated promptly – can everyone text me your results for the up-and-coming mid-week games a.s.a.p. after games.

There is no need to supply me with scorers or any other details for those games.

However, can you please continue to supply me with as much information as possible for the weekend fixtures as per usual.

Many Thanks,

From 1 September 2016, registration forms must be posted to the registrar’s home address.

Any forms that are hand delivered will not be accepted as from that date as all forms must have a post mark present in order for that signed played to be eligible to play in the Cork AUL.

Please be reminded that a player is only eligible from the date a form arrives to the registrar and not the date it is posted.

Garda Vetting

Re: Garda Vetting

To All FAI National Bodies & Provincial Associations
To All FAI National Bodies & Provincial Associations

I am writing to you in relation to Garda vetting.

From the 5th September 2016 all Garda vetting applications for the Football Association of Ireland (the FAI) will be processed online. From this date, a new Vetting Invitation Form will replace the current Garda vetting form. This should be completed and posted to the FAI, along with the current Garda ID Validation form.

On receipt of a Vetting Invitation Form and Garda ID Validation form the applicant will be emailed an invitation to complete the Garda vetting process online. These forms, as well as guidelines for completion will be sent to you on the commencement date to circulate to all affiliated to your National Body or Provincial Association.

Could you therefore kindly advise everyone affiliated to your National Body or Provincial Association that e-vetting will replace the current Garda vetting system from 5th September 2016.

Thank you for your assistance.

Yours Sincerely,

Gary McDermott
FAI Child Welfare & Safeguarding Manager
